Love has correctly been identified as a foundational necessity of life. The reality is that we all desire to know that our life holds value and that we are important to somebody. However, in our culture, love has been reduced to only that of an emotional experience or attachment. But love is so much more than that. Throughout the Scriptures we find that true love is active. The greatest example of this is Jesus Christ Himself.
Time has correctly been identified as life’s most precious resource. Throughout the Scriptures we find that life is a gift from God and its purpose is to bring glory to Him. However, we also find that during this short span of life that we have been given, the quality of our life, the joy that we experience in our life, and the significance of our life is directly related to the choices that we make.
As of right now, we are planning to continue with our regularly scheduled mid-week service tomorrow evening at 7:00. We believe that during these times the church has a great opportunity to preach the gospel and to share the hope that can only be found in Jesus Christ.
